The properties at Klondyke Close are situated in a quiet location and are within walking distance - just 1km - of the beach and the town centre, where you will find a large selection of award winning restaurants and traditional Irish pubs. The Waterville Craft Market and Dooley's Restaurant are next door.

The houses are built in traditional style with exposed wooden beams and Valentia slate fire surrounds, and are tastefully furnished. Accommodation comprises of 4 bedrooms with 2 en-suite, and there is also one main bathroom.

Waterville, on the Ring of Kerry, is famous for its golf and there are two courses in the area. Fishing enthusiasts can enjoy salmon and trout fishing on Lough Currane, and other activities include horse-riding at the local equestrian centre, as well as sea trips to the UNESCO world heritage site, Skellig Michael. Water-sports are available at the local blue flag beaches.


The village has attracted many famous celebrities down through the years, including Charlie Chaplin and many professional golfers. Waterville nestles between Lough Currane and Ballinskelligs Bay where you will find mountains and lakeland with the added advantage of the sea on your doorstep.
